Commercial Executive

Reports to: Commercial Director


The candidate will oversee company needs, handle daily business issues, manage distributors/partners and recognize business needs in addition to communicating and negotiating with customers, suppliers and business associates. He or She will be continuously working to strategically expand, keen to explore business opportunities and preserve or improve the company’s procedures, standards or policies while sticking to business edicts and regulatory guidelines.


Forecasting – generate and own the commercial forecast for our customer base. You are expected to work with the commercial product and operations teams to ensure demand aligns with supply
Customer Insight – To have an in-depth knowledge of the customer needs and their markets. You will be expected to guide your customers and relay the company strategy
Commercial Strategy – To help develop and implement the commercial plans, ensuring the customers’ needs are meet correctly at all times. This includes promotions and marketing to maximise profitable growth


  • Promoting and selling the Atnahs products portfolio
  • Targeting all potential customers and developing new business
  • Collating, analysing data and market feedback on pricing and product availability
  • Dealing with licensed and unlicensed drug products including pharmacy/ End user regulations
  • Dealing with export and government tenders, tender management completing tender documentation and submission to relevant authorities.
  • Assisting in appointing and managing distributors and distributor contracts
  • Reviewing, scrutinizing, and developing operational process flows
  • Good understanding of all documentation required for licensed and unlicensed products
  • Obtaining export and import certifications
  • Dealing with letters of credit
  • Attending exhibitions
  • Working to GMP regulations to meet MHRA guidelines
  • Manage and develop our relationship with our key customers
  • Working closely with supply chain, regulatory and artwork team to ensure stock availability for the markets.
  • Account management to include customer service, maximising calling / developing accounts / increasing sales
  • Promotional support – updating the plan and translating the plan into numbers
  • Rebates and Provisions
  • Tracking the promotional spend actual with budget
  • Price claims and price bible
  • Customer administration
  • Travelling will be required with the role within and outside the UK
